一般情况下有诚意的买家会马上回复,误点的买家也会告知 。
二 .修改订单金额,催付款,买家下单后,可以在后台直接修改订单金额,给买家一部分折扣降低订单金额,修改订单系统会自动触发邮件给买家通知金额已经更改。买家收到邮件后一般就直接付款了。
三 .大多数未付款订单是由于运费过高造成的,例如很多卖家设置部分国家免运费,例如美国,加拿大,澳大利亚,新西兰免运费,而其他的运输折扣没有填写,这时候若英国买家下单就会产生相当高的运费,但其实英国运费只是比美国稍贵一点点。因此在运费设置的时候可以设置运费折扣,再进行自定义运费设置。
